Privacy policy

What we collect when you use this site or work with us, and what we do with it. Short version: only what we need to reply and to edit your video, never sold, never used for ads.

  1. 01Who we are

    TwoDitor is a video editing studio in Dhaka, Bangladesh. “We” and “us” on this page means TwoDitor. You can reach us at twoditor@gmail.com or on WhatsApp (the link is on the contact page).

  2. 02What we collect

    When you fill in the contact form: your name, your email, the kind of video, a rough budget and what you write about the project. When you email us, message us on WhatsApp or call: whatever you send us in that conversation. When you work with us: the footage, files and brand material you send, and the details we need to invoice you. When you apply for a job: the answers and portfolio you give in that role’s Google Form.

  3. 03How we use it

    To reply to you, understand the video, send a quote, do the editing, deliver the files and send invoices. Nothing else. We don’t sell your details, share them for marketing or use them for advertising.

  4. 04Services that handle it for us

    The contact form is delivered to our inbox by Formspree. Job applications go through Google Forms. Videos on the site play through Vimeo and YouTube. Payments go through bKash, your bank, Payoneer or Wise. Each of these handles your data under its own privacy policy.

  5. 05Cookies

    This site doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies. The pricing page remembers whether you chose English or Bangla, in your own browser. The Vimeo and YouTube players may set their own cookies when a video plays (YouTube videos use its privacy-enhanced mode).

  6. 06Your footage and videos

    Footage you send is used only for your project and is never shared with anyone outside the team working on it. We keep project files for 30 days after final delivery so small fixes are quick, then delete them, unless you ask us to keep them longer. We only show your video in our portfolio or on this site if you say yes.

  7. 07How long we keep things

    Emails, messages and form answers are kept while we are talking or working together, and for as long as the law asks us to keep invoices. Ask us and we delete the rest.

  8. 08Your choices

    You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email twoditor@gmail.com and we reply within 7 days.

  9. 09Changes

    If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
