Refund policy

1. 01How payment works

   One-off projects are paid 50% in advance, before we start, and 50% on delivery. The final files go out once the balance is paid. Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month.

2. 02Cancelling before we start

   If editing hasn’t started yet, you get the full advance back.

3. 03Cancelling after we start

   Once editing has started, the advance covers the work already done and isn’t refunded. If you cancel after we deliver the first cut, the balance is not charged — you just don’t receive the final files.

4. 04Revisions instead of refunds

   Every quote includes two rounds of revisions, and a mistake on our side is always fixed for free. If something isn’t right, tell us and we fix it — that is almost always faster than starting over.

5. 05If we can’t deliver

   If we can’t deliver what the written quote describes, you get back what you paid for the part we didn’t deliver.

6. 06Monthly plans

   Cancel any time before the next month starts and you won’t be charged for it. A month that has already started runs to its end and isn’t refunded.

7. 07What is never refunded

   Transfer and cash-out charges (bKash, bank, Payoneer, Wise), and licensed music or paid stock footage already bought for your video.

8. 08How refunds are paid

   Back the same way you paid, within 7 working days of us agreeing the refund.

9. 09Asking for a refund

   Email twoditor@gmail.com with your name and the project. We reply within 2 working days.
